Karolina Kalska is a clothing designer from Gdynia, for whom fashion is a form of personal expression. For her, the rebranding was a moment of profound transformation — a new opening, a change of place and the need to organize the brand's identity. Our task was therefore not only to design a new image for her, but above all to capture her values, emotions and manifesto — so that her expressive, mature identity not only conveys the character of a designer, but also realistically supports sales, organizes the offer and builds long-term value.

Karolina Kalska's brand has found itself at a crucial moment in its development, in which the existing image has ceased to correspond to both the new collection and business ambitions. The challenge was to carry out a complete metamorphosis — not only of the product, but also of the way of thinking about the brand, its communication and the relationship with the customer. Karolina needed a clear reference point in the form of values and a manifesto that would allow her to make consistent decisions in the future, to organize the collection as a coherent, sequential capsule, and to create a sales environment where her brand would be readable, authentic and recognizable.

We carried out a comprehensive rebranding process based on strategic work, the aim of which was to build a stable foundation for the brand for the coming years. We focused on defining the values, the manifesto and the main narrative of the brand, which have become a constant reference point for communication and the development of the collection. We designed a new conscious visual identity that highlights the Carolina way of thinking about design. The project also included work on the product itself, a new clothing collection, designing the boutique as a physical experience of the brand and cooperation in the realization of a photo shoot. In addition, we have created a functional online store, designed as a natural extension of the brand's world.

Project result

The result of our work is a coherent, mature brand that clearly communicates its values and effectively supports business goals. A new visual identity, a structured offer, thoughtfully designed products and an e-commerce website create a unified, consistent brand experience today. The rebranding strengthened Karolina Kalska's recognition and provided tools that allow her to develop the brand in a conscious and long-term way.

Branding elements are an integral part of the collection itself

Elements of the brand's new identity are manifested directly in clothing designs — every detail of the garment refers to an established narrative and visual system. The logo, the signet and its variations appear in the combinations of materials and prints, creating a coherent language that combines the design with its source of inspiration. Thanks to this, the clothes themselves become the carrier of the brand's identity and its message.

Boutique as a space for brand experience

The design of the boutique was not just an interior arrangement — it was the creation of a space in which branding becomes an experience. Elements of identification appear in the details of the decor: from the shape of the lamp inspired by the signet, through the thoughtful display layouts, to the material and color accents that resonate with the collection. It is a place designed for the ritual of discovering the brand, not just buying a product

Integration of art and fashion — cooperation with Oskar Podolski

One of the most interesting elements of the project was cooperation with Oskar Podolski, who first created the author's graphics — a hand-designed image prepared for further work with matter. Then, using the screen printing technique, he transferred the composition to the fabric, creating a unique large-format material. On the one hand, the final image was created, today exhibited in the boutique as an integral element of the brand space. On the other hand, the same printed fabric was used to sew the kimono, so that art and fashion were combined in one physical object. Such treatment gave the collection an author's character and emphasized the dialogue between design and contemporary art.

Attention to detail as a signal of quality and authenticity

Every element of the product — from the label and marking system, to the materials and construction used — is designed to reflect the brand's values. Details such as unique labels, thoughtful branding on labels and consistent typographic solutions underline the artisanal attention to quality and authenticity.
