Challenge
HRnest is a company that has been supporting HR departments for years in organizing HR processes — from working time records, holidays, to documentation management. By developing its product and strengthening its position in the market, HRnest saw the need for rebranding, which better reflects the maturity of the technological solution and at the same time brings the brand closer to the user. The key was not only to refresh the identification and create a new website, but also to design communication that would clearly show the capabilities of the tool, build trust and support purchasing decisions.

We started our cooperation with strategic and audit workshops, which helped to accurately determine the brand identity and direction of change. The rebranding included key elements — logo, typography, colors, illustrations and tone of communication. The new identification was to be modern, light and friendly, but also to reflect the professionalism and complexity of the product.
At the same time, we worked on updating the UI of the system and a new website, taking care of the visual consistency. The interface has been matched to brand identification, creating a unified whole. The site was primarily intended to expose the system — its functions and transparency. A well-thought-out structure, clear content and author's illustrations reinforce the character of the brand and make it easier to navigate.
