The biggest challenge was finding the right balance between expertise and accessibility. The firm works with demanding clients and complex topics, so communication needed to maintain an appropriate level of professionalism. At the same time, it couldn't sound too academic, conservative, or formal.
The second important area was brand positioning. Wierzbicki & Co. didn't need communication aimed at everyone. The brand needed to clearly show that it understood the needs of institutional clients, funds, legal departments, and decision-makers who are looking not just for legal services, but for real support in high-risk processes.

We began the process by streamlining the brand's strategic principles. We defined a communication direction that combines responsibility, experience, and expertise with a more direct, understandable language. We wanted the brand to speak clearly, concretely, and without empty declarations — in the language of people who deeply understand the business context of law.
In terms of naming and identity, the development of Wierzbicki & Co. allowed us to strengthen both the personal character of the brand and its team-oriented, partnership dimension. The surname builds trust and prestige, while '& Co.' opens the brand to collaboration, relationships, and a broader expert framework.
The visual identity was designed to steer clear of conventional law firm aesthetics. Instead of a heavy, conservative aesthetic, we opted for a more contemporary system: elegant, organized, yet distinctive and digital. An important element of the project was also a photo session, which helped showcase the firm through its people, atmosphere, and working style, rather than just its formal institutional image.
The new website was designed as a clear communication platform for the brand. We organized the content structure, specializations, team presentation, and key user touchpoints. The goal was to create a website that not only looks good but, most importantly, helps clients quickly understand who they are dealing with and why it's worth starting a conversation.
