Project opportunity
Imagination Day is one of the most recognizable events in the Polish creative industry, gathering experts, creators and speakers from all over the world for years. The dynamic development of both events, however, has meant that its visual identity has ceased to correspond to the scale, diversity and energy of the environment to which it directs its message. The Association of Marketing Communication SAR, the organizer of the event, therefore needed an expressive and flexible identification system, which at the same time would be capacious enough to reflect the multidimensionality of the creative industry. It was crucial to create communication tools for them that would organize the experience of the audience and users and allow to effectively promote the event on multiple channels.

We started the process by analyzing the communication so far, which helped us capture the role, personality and ambitions of Imagination Day. Based on this, we have developed a complete visual identity: bold, modular and designed to respond to the changing needs and pace of the industry. We created a material system that not only enabled full and consistent communication on social media, but also provided a strong foundation for creating the materials necessary for the event itself. A key element was also web design — clear, intuitive and dynamic, reinforcing the character of the entire identity.
Project result
The new branding has given Imagination Day a distinct and contemporary identity that better reflects the energy and diversity of the creative industry. The refreshed communication allowed SAR to communicate the event in a coherent and attractive way, while at the same time being more flexible than before. The complete branding system developed by us, created a solid foundation for the further development of the event, while strengthening its position as one of the most important meeting places for people shaping the future of creativity in Poland and the region.
