Requirements :

First of all, the aesthetic sense
Our designers create thoughtful and precise visual compositions. Your task will be to “translate” them into a functional web application with special attention to any distances, animation timings or general look & feel. You will get the final effect and functionality in the Figma project, but the implemented application must work like a Swiss watch and be pleasant to use - exactly as the designers planned it.
Self-reliance
On some projects you will work with other developers, but some will be entirely your responsibility. We create a team of developers who are in constant contact and help each other to develop the best solutions. However, we operate according to the principle “I will help you come up with a solution, but I will not do it for you”. Your project is ultimately your responsibility.
Knowledge of our tech-stack
We build most applications in React with the Next.js framework. Our preferred CMS is Sanity. While knowing the first two is key, as developers we know that being able to learn quickly is more important than knowing a specific CMS. We are able to explain our standard for creating CMS panels. We write the code in TypeScript - at least basic knowledge of type declarations is also required.
Ability to plan your own work
We work in a trusted environment, which means that no one will stand on you with a whip and count how many lines of code you create per day. Do you prefer to work at night? No problem. However, we have deadlines that we must meet. As long as you fit into the schedule and the result of your work meets expectations - your mode of operation is solely your business. But remember that the result of your work will be evaluated in the end by designers, and then by even more demanding customers. We can't afford the customer to be our QA — you are responsible for the quality of your project.
Creating applications at a high aesthetic level
Have we mentioned this before? Possibly. But this is a very important point.

Nice to have :

Knowledge of REST API
Some of our projects are integrated with external systems. Knowledge of the mechanisms of such integrations will be a plus, the rest is in the documentation :)
Knowledge of SEO/GEO/SEM Principles
Our applications are often business tools that need to perform. A well-used framework will ensure high performance of the application, but proper positioning preparation is also part of our job. We have developed standards that we will explain - but their exploration and methodology of application will be on your side.
Knowledge of GROQ/GraphQL
It will be useful to know the syntax to allow an effective and secure connection of the application with the headless CMS. If you don't already know, you will have to learn :)
Three.js/react-three-fiber
Sometimes our applications use 3D elements. Knowing how scenes, objects, light sources and cameras work will be a great asset.

This is not a full-time job offer, we are looking for independent freelancers. You can always count on the support of designers, a dedicated Project Manager and other developers. We settle by design - at the beginning we set the deadline and salary, but already having the project ready and accepted by the client. You always know what to do, when and for how much.

We work with many larger and smaller companies domestic and abroad. You will have the opportunity to develop web applications for companies that are often leaders in their industries. Flexible working hours
It was a little higher about this, but your working time depends only on you. You need to reconcile the project with other responsibilities, studies or employment - this is absolutely doable. The only condition is the final quality and adherence to the established schedules.
Ability to work remotely, hybrid or stationary
If you prefer to work surrounded by people, we invite you to our office in Gdynia. Or maybe you like silence and solitude, because then it is easier for you to focus - there is no problem with that either. The result is of the utmost importance to us.
